W&M Debate Society

Executive Board

Vice President of Education and Acting President: Amelia Koby. Amelia is a junior pursuing a double major in Government and Economics. She is from Fairfax, VA, just outside of her favorite city, Washington, DC. She loves dogs and Gilmore girls and many other things, as do most people. Amelia also works on the TRIP project at the Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations, because she is just so cool like that. Amelia just got back from a semester in Leiden in The Netherlands. We are so happy to have her back!

Vice President of Operations: Lilly Levin. Lilly is a sophomore here at the College, majoring in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . She is truly a citizen of the world, spending her formative years in countries all around the world including Zambia. When not debating she...well, she debates a lot.

Vice President of Finance: Jonah Scharf  Jonah is a Junior here at the college, majoring in Government and minoring in Management and Organizational Leadership. He hails from Richmond, Virginia, but Fairfax is his true home. Jonah competed in speech & debate throughout high school, including Extemp, Impromptu, and Student Congress. When not debating, Jonah is also active in Net Impact and J Street U. Jonah loves attending W&M Basketball games, rooting on the Washington Nationals, and throwing around the 'Bree.

Vice President of Novice Mentorship and Team Development: Josh Grossman. Josh is a sophomore at the College majoring in Economics. Originally from Neenah, Wisconsin, he now calls the Isle of Manhattan his home. When not mentoring novices and developing the team, he is a brother in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. You can most often find him with his mouth open in pictures (see left).

Vice President of Campus Affairs: Anna Iglesias. Lover of all things boats, Anna is a Senior at the College of William and Mary. She is a Government major with a minor in Management and Organizational Leadership. From Orange County (Virginia, not California or Florida), Williamsburg is her new home. But not for long! Anna will be working at Grant Thornton in government consulting next year! We will miss her so.
